RealJD Tech Chairman Xu Ruitu Visits Guoliang for Refractory Industry Exchange

After our company's chairman, Dong Guoliang, led a team to visit REALJD Tech. Co., Ltd, recently, REALJD’s chairman, Xu Ruitu, and his team came to our company for a visit and inspection. Both sides had in-depth discussions on topics like deepening collaboration in the iron and steel refractory industry chain, exchanging market resources, and promoting green and low-carbon development, laying a solid foundation for future substantive cooperation.

During the visit, the visiting team toured the smart manufacturing production line and the technology R&D center, gaining a detailed understanding of Guoliang Company's achievements in refractory production management in the steel-making field, product development, and on-site services for steel plants. They also praised the company's refined management and smart manufacturing upgrades.

During the discussion and exchange, both parties had in-depth communication around their respective strengths. Guoliang Company and REALJD company are both in the metallurgical refractory materials industry and are listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange. Their businesses cover different ends of the industry chain, complementing each other with different focuses. REALJD company focuses on the steel metallurgical iron-making field, providing long-life technical solutions and key refractory materials for blast furnace iron-making systems. Its products include top hole clay, ceramic cups, tuyere composite bricks and more, serving many large domestic steel companies and exporting to several countries and regions. Guoliang Company focuses on the steel metallurgical steel-making field, offering integrated refractory material contracting services and supporting products for ladles, tundish and Iron ladle. It has long-term cooperation with several large domestic steel companies and is the chairman unit of the 9th council of the China Refractory Materials Industry Association.

During the discussion, both parties reached a preliminary consensus. Following the principle of 'complementing each other’s strengths, sharing resources, cooperating overseas, and achieving mutual benefits,' they signed a long-term strategic cooperation agreement. They plan to make full use of their respective advantages in technology, products and customer resources in the fields of iron-making and steel-casting, exploring deep collaboration in integrated refractory solutions for steel enterprises, low-carbon research in the industry, and overseas market development. They aim to explore creating full-chain refractory services from iron-making to steel-making, help the downstream steel industry reduce costs, improve efficiency, achieve green transformation, enhance market competitiveness and jointly explore overseas metallurgical refractory markets to boost the international influence of Chinese refractory brands.

Working hand in hand to create a better future. This visit and exchange brought both sides closer together and clarified the direction for future collaborative development.
